Q: Does the lifetime warranty apply to items purchased from resellers?

A: Our lifetime warranty does not cover products purchased from any unauthorized resellers (i.e., anyone other than Priority Chef). We appreciate your support in buying directly from us. Our warranty fully covers new items sold and shipped by Priority Chef.

Q: Is basic wear and tear covered?

A: No. Normal wear and tear, or any damage caused by improper use, is excluded from all of our warranties.

Q: Are used products covered?

A: Our warranty only applies to items purchased in new condition. If an item is resold, labeled “open box,” or sold as “used,” it does not qualify for our warranty. However, if you bought a used or refurbished product through Amazon Renewed, they offer their own 90-day warranty - please contact them directly for assistance.

  Q: How many exchanges will the warranty cover?

A: To prevent any potential abuse, we must limit the number of replacements to one. However, do not worry, we will still refund you in the unlikely event that the replacement item still does not work.

Q: I purchased this from a seller other than PriorityChef, am I still covered?

A: Unfortunately no, we will only cover purchases made directly from us via our website, Amazon, Walmart or any other sales channel where PriorityChef is the seller.

Q: I received the product as a gift, how can I claim?

A: We will always need an order number to process any replacement. Email us at support@prioritychef.com with photos of the product and packaging [if you still have it]. It would be great if you could get the order ID from the sender, otherwise please let us know the sender’s name and approx purchase date and we will try and locate the order.
